National Bowling Tournament April 23-24, 2010
The 72nd Annual Polish Falcons of America National Adult Bowling Tournament, hosted by Nest 946, Somerville, NJ, will be held April 23-24, 2010. This event is open to all Falcon members. This year the Tournament will take place at one establishment, Brunswick Zone Carolier Lanes, located at 790 US Route 1 in North Brunswick, NJ.
This will be the second time Nest 946 hosts the Polish Falcons of America National Bowling Tournament, and everyone at Nest 946 and District 1 Is excited and looks forward to seeing you back bowling and enjoying yourself here at the District 1 Polanka in New Jersey!
HOTEL - DAYS INN, HILLSBOROUGH, NJ
Two hotels have been reserved for tournament participants. The Days Inn - Hillsborough located at 118 US Route 206 South in Hillsborough, NJ, and can be reached by phone at 908-685-9000 or online at www.daysinnhillsborough.com. Cost per room per night is $79.99 plus tax. Please be sure to mention you are with the Polish Falcons of America. The hotel is 3 miles from the Polish Falcon Camp Polanka, located at 140 Falcon Road in Hillsborough, NJ. This hotel features free deluxe continental breakfast, free in-room wireless and free transportation to the Polish Falcon Camp Polanka. Hotel reservation deadline is April 10, 2010.
HOTEL - RAMADA-SOMERSET, NJ
The second hotel is the Ramada - Somerset located at 60 Cottontail Lane in Somerset, NJ, conveniently located just off Interstate 287 and can be reached by phone at 732-560-9880 or online at www.somersetramada.com. Cost per room per night is $79 plus tax. Mention you are with the Polish Falcons of America. The hotel is 5 miles from the Polish Falcon Camp - Polanka. This hotel also features free deluxe continental breakfast, free in-room wireless and free transportation to the Polish Falcon Camp - Polanka located at 140 Falcon Road in Hillsborough, NJ. Hotel reservation deadline is April 10, 2010.
TRAVEL
Travel from Carolier Lanes to the hotels and the Polanka is less than 30 minutes. Please keep in mind that both the bowling establishment and the Polanka have a liquor license and snack bars, so no outside alcohol, drinks or food are permitted. If you are flying in to the Tournament, you should fly into Newark Liberty International Airport located approximately 45 minutes from the hotels.
BOWLING
All bowling events will be held on Friday and Saturday, April 23-24 at Carolier Lanes in North Brunswick, NJ. The 9:00 am squads will bowl on 48 lanes and the 1:30 pm squads will bowl on 82 lanes.

Members of Nest 946, Hillsborough, NJ, are working diligently to ensure that you and your fellow Falcon bowlers enjoy the program that we are preparing for the 72nd Annual Bowling Tournament in Hillsborough, New Jersey.
DJ Music for your listening and dancing pleasure will be provided every evening at the newly renovated District 1 Polanka Hall, 140 Falcon Road in Hillsborough, NJ.
GREAT FOOD
Food will be available at the Polanka starting Thursday at 6:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday starting at Noon. The hot and cold menu is being finalized, but you can be sure that it will offer all the goodies of a Polish kitchen at affordable prices.
Friday night, we will offer a Polish Platter which will include pierogi, stuffed cabbage, kielbasa and sauerkraut, along with a wide variety of salads and desserts.
Even if you are not participating, please stop over at the Polanka located in Hillsborough, NJ and be a part of the celebration.
The Polanka will be open every day of the tournament (Thursday to Sunday) from noon until closing. If you need a bowling application, click here.
